Dying my black hair extensions?

I have really long black clip in hair extensions and I want to know how Id give them a purple tint?Dying my black hair extensions?
unless they are 100% human hair you can't.


if they are 100% human hair, it is possible to color them.


with them being black, a purple color probably won't show by itself, but you might want to try that first. buy a purple semi permanent color (purple doesn't come in permanent) and apply according to the directions. check visibility. if it isn't visible, you will have to lighten the extensions first, which i am not sure is even possible with extensions, even human hair extensions, as they treat them with all sorts of chemicals. i would call the manufacturer and ask before possibly ruining expensive pieces of hair.
